You do not want to miss this Freeman Abbey Wine Dinner featuring culinary creations from Chef Christian Costantino paired with Freeman Abbey wines.  Freeman Abbey Estate Ambassador Barr Dodds will also in-house discussing the wine pairings.

 
First Course: Viognier
Pan Seared Scallop – braised beet, tarragon creme friache, burnt lime gastrique, bacon, grilled peach
 
Second Course: Sauvignon Blanc
Poached Skate – grilled asparagus, fried potato, shaved asparagus, buttered capers, brown butter beurre blanc, salmon roe, parsley
 
Third Course: Carbernet Sauvignon
Pittsburgh Ribeye – porcini cavatelli, mustard green, pearl onion, mustard seed, charred mushroom demi, tarragon puree

Fourth Course: Cask 86 Dessert Wine
Coco Sponge Cake – braised plum, lemon curd, dark chocolate ganache, frothed vanilla, spices
