Paddle Second Chance and Walk on Water are combining forces and two great paddle events into ONE amazing event now known as Return to Goat Island. #RTS2019 will continue to benefit the wounded heroes and families of Operation Second Chance The paddle fest and fundraiser will be held at the same time as former years’ events.
