Try something different and make a splash! 40 minutes of full body training in the pool. Water builds stamina and strength with least resistance and joint pain. 10 minutes of warm-up, 20 minutes of cardio/exercise, and 10 minutes to cool-down, float, and relax. All levels are welcome!
