Friday Morning Yoga

Come relax and get Zen with us.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.  This class focuses on holding yoga postures, breathing and control of the muscles and mind and is suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners.   Taught by Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher (RYT) Imad Elali.    Call or text 410-603-9801 with questions or to sign up.   $10 per class

Try something different and make a splash! 40 minutes of full body training in the pool. Water builds stamina and strength with least resistance and joint pain. 10 minutes of warm-up, 20 minutes of cardio/exercise, and 10 minutes to cool-down, float, and relax. All levels are welcome! Located in the Dunes Manor Hotel pool.
