Pinochle at Worcester County Senior Center
Pinochle at the Worcester County Community Center. Pinochle, formerly pinocle, or penuchle, is a trick taking, Ace-Ten card game typically for two to four players and played with a 48-card deck. It is derived from the card game bezique; players score points by trick taking and also by forming combinations of cards into melds.

The 24th Annual Spring Delmarva Birding Weekend will be held April 25-28. We will see the late wintering waterfowl (including Common Loons in breeding plumage) and early neotropical migrants that are on full display in the mid-Atlantic during late April. 164 species were tallied during the 2019 Spring Delmarva Birding Weekend, and highlight species including Prothonotary Warbler, Piping Plover, Northern Parula, American Redstart, Barred Owl, and Black Skimmer.
