The Atlantic United Methodist Church has planned winter soup and sandwich specials to keep you warm. Check out the homemade ham and bean soup, homemade chicken noodle soup, egg salad sandwich, ham salad sandwich, homemade desserts, and homemade biscuits. Come relax and get Zen with us. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. This class focuses on holding yoga postures, breathing and control of the muscles and mind and is suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners.
